首先，口音即语音，只是英语学习当中的一部分。英语的学习，其内容包括语音，词汇，语法和书面表达技巧，其能力方面，包括听，说，读，写，译。由此可见，语音只是英语学习当中的一部分内容。口音不标准，只会在其用英语口语表达时，由于发音不清楚，影响听者的吸收和理解，听起来，理解起来比较困难。对他本人并没明显的影响，而且他本人会认为自己的发音是对的。

谢谢邀请！首先，我对“口音不标准”提出我的看法，人类语言的发音本来就没有“标准”与“不标准”区分的，以汉语来说，方言是远古部族文化圈的发音习惯，原始部族结束，国家建立后，语言习惯不会因此而改变，官方使用的语言被老百姓戏称为“官话”、“官腔”，封建社会及之前的历史，很少推行“官话”，因为每个朝代的“官话”因建都的地点不同而不同，科举制度考试也只重视书面语——文字功底。当然，不推广官话，一是历史条件限制，二是学官话的都是文化人，因为文化人与外界交流机会多。语言的统一是建立大国的需要，统一就要有“标准”，我们现在的标准就是“普通话”，普通话不是天上掉下来的，还要依据部分方言来规定，所以说方言没什么“口音不标准”的概念。
其次，我要回答您方言发音zh、ch、sh与z、c、s不容易区分对学习英语的影响，可以说肯定有影响，汉语与英语虽然是两种不同的文字，但文字都是有读音的，读音就要讲究发音习惯。有人认为只有我们中国有方言，英国和其他国家没有，这种认识错了，因为远古时代各国各民族都有自己的文化圈方言区，国家统一也要推行他们的“普通话”，在语言训练过程中，他们也要克服发音习惯。

春节是中国传统节日，它的来源有几种说法，最常见的有两种。一种是起源于殷商时期年头岁末祭神祭祖活动；另一种是古时的传说，村庄里出现了一种叫做“年”的怪兽，它们伤人伤动物，最后人们用鞭炮、红色等赶跑了这种怪兽。
